Lexus – Seatbelt Buckle Campaign

In collaboration with our friends at DDB Amsterdam, we had the exciting challenge of working on an online campaign at lightning speed.

The campaign was inspired by the release of Beyoncé’s highly anticipated album Cowboy Carter, featuring the hit single Texas Hold ‘Em. In this song, she gives a shoutout to Lexus with the line: “So park your Lexus and throw your keys up.” This nod to the iconic brand sparked a creative idea to design a custom seatbelt buckle inspired by the distinct grille of the Lexus, celebrating both the car and Beyoncé’s milestones.

We shot the photography (by Eduard Haumahu), filmed, edited, and went live within 8 hours. An impressive feat of production speed. To top it off, we created TikTok content to boost the campaign’s visibility and drive engagement even further.

The result was a bespoke Lexus seatbelt buckle that went viral the very same day it was produced.
